Some travel required within North America Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: BS Mechanical Engineering 3 to 6 years of experience in product design and manufacturing. Experience in design of castings, machined parts, sheet metal, welding, and complex mechanical assemblies. Background in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA). 2D/3D CAD (Pro/Engineer preferred, Solid Edge a plus). Ability to generate 3d models, assemblies, and drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis (2D/3D).
