TITLE: Sales Assistant / Admin Support

LOCATION: Louisville, CO

Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-25 DOE
Short Term Contract through July, with potential for longevity
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES ASSISTANT:

Mostly Admin support, no Traditional Sales involved
Enter sales orders in ERP for retail accounts
Send out invoices to retail accounts from Outlook.
Handle incoming inquiries from retail accounts
Create cases for accounting when credits are needed.
Run reports as needed
Assist with on boarding new professional accounts
Complete projects/spreadsheet requests from Sales team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN IDEAL CANDIDATES:

Have the drive to perform quality work with attention to detail
Strong technical computer skills in Microsoft Word and ERP
High School Diploma or Equivalent
