Copper Queen Community Hospital www.cqch.org has an excellent opportunity for a Physical
Therapist at our Clinic in Beautiful Bisbee, AZ. Bisbee is 1 ½ hours southwest of Tucson and at
an elevation of 5,000 feet. Beautiful Alpine Arizona. The Physical Therapy staff provide
Outpatient / Inpatient Physical Therapy services at our 4 (four) RHC clinics. CQC is a CAH
hospital we are licensed for 14 beds. P.T. clinic staff modalities include PWR! Certified
Specialist (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) Neurological Rehab, primarily Orthopedics, Dry
Needling and Adolescent Physical Therapy, with a wide variety of diagnoses and ages. One-on-one treatment and high-quality patient care are a priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Physical Therapy provider with a passion for healthcare service and administration. The right candidate will be working with patients providing one-on-one treatment and high-quality patient care.

• Provide applicable physical therapy care according to the specific needs of the patient.
• Proper evaluation of the patient's condition and develop treatment plans according to their needs with specific time frames and achievable goals.
• Accurate documentation of progress notes, charts, referrals, and communication reports to the supervisor and other members of the team.
• Consistent updating of the progress of ongoing and new patients; able to gather and analyze information precisely and skillfully
• Provide parent education and training if needed.
• Assist in the proper discharge of patients once goals are established and the patient has acquired sufficient benefit from therapy and has no need for further sessions.
•  Other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• License to practice Physical Therapy by the State of California by date of hire
• At least 1-year experience in physical therapy
• Preferably a master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possession of excellent interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and self-initiation skills
• Preferably willing to relocate or are already located in Bisbee, AZ
