Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Physical Therapy provider with passion for healthcare service and administration. The right candidate will be working with patients while helping direct the physical therapy department. 

• Provide applicable physical therapy care according to the specific needs of the patient.
• Proper evaluation of the patient's condition and develop treatment plans according to their needs with specific time frames and achievable goals.
•  Accurate documentation of progress notes, charts, referrals and communicate reports to supervisor and other members of the team.
• Consistent updating of the progress of ongoing and new patients; able to gather and analyze information precisely and skillfully
• Provide parent education and training if needed.
• Assist in the proper discharge of patients once goals are established and the patient has acquired sufficient benefit from therapy and has no need for further sessions.
•  Other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• License to practice Physical Therapy by the State of California by date of hire
• At least 1 year experience in physical therapy
• Preferably a master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possession of excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and self-initiation skills
• Preferably willing to relocate or are already located in Los Angeles, CA
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
