$60k to $70k per year Commission and Bonuses 

We're looking for a leader for our sales team with strong experience in HubSpot!

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Supervisor will be managing a team of inside sales representatives and outside sales representatives.

• Maintain an effective and comprehensive knowledge of the products and services.
• Establish a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quota for the sales team.
• Hire and train new sales representatives as needed.
• Set daily and monthly targets for the sales representatives as an immediate measurement of productivity.
• Track and measure adherence to the weekly and monthly sales metrics.
• Establish coaching and training sessions to help representatives reach their targets.
• Help sales representatives understand areas of improvement for their sales practice.
• Analyze productivity data to help drive and improve team performance
• Lead the team in establishing guidelines for handling challenging sales calls.
• Able to perform cold calls as needed.
• Guide and supervise team towards lead generation and lead management.
• Other sales supervisor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-year sales supervisory experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in any type of sales
• At least 1 year of experience with cold-calling.
• Experienced with HubSpot is highly preferred
• Experience with lead generation.
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to handle the management of multiple teams
• Effective management and communication skills
• Able to work in Sacramento, CA
