We are looking for a seasoned corporate professional who can help direct the growth of the company. The ideal candidate is young-at-heart, passionate, and driven towards performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The CEO will be responsible for growing Nexus HR Services, guiding and maneuvering the sales and marketing, finance, operations, and development aspects of the organization.

• Identify key areas of development in the business process, operations, and finances.
• Prospect and close relationships with key target clients.
• Create and expand client network across the US.
• Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals.
• Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
• Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting
• Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• Develops the financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and preparing growth plans, and directing staff.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an executive leadership position
• At least 4 years of B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Experience working in the Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruitment industry preferred
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Able to work on-site in Sacramento, CA
