Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs, generate insurance quotes, and close sales.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirements

• Must have a current Massachusets Property and Casualty License.
• 1 years of insurance experience
• 1 years of sales experience
• Agency Management System
• Professional phone etiquette
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude.
