Next Health is looking for a Customer Experience Manager with excellent customer service skills, administrative abilities, & sales aptitude to oversee workflow procedures and the customer experience. 

Starting pay is $23 per hour benefits company perks room for growth

The responsibilities include:

•Consistent delivery of excellent customer service. 

•Oversight and management of the flow of operations and assignments for the day.

•Communicates with GM to ensure an aesthetically pleasing presentation and maintenance of the facility to ensure a positive customer-centric environment: not limited to music, lights, cleanliness, and organization of the front desk.

•Ensures all customer issues and grievances such as QA forms and inquiries are addressed, a resolution is offered expeditiously, or issues are escalated appropriately. 

•Act as the first point of contact to VIP guests.

•Responsible for ongoing training and development of the front desk staff for all company policies and procedures.

Education/Experience: BA in Business Administration, Business Operation, Hospitality, or similar, is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred. Minimum of 1 year in the healthcare/wellness industry preferred.
