Title: EDI Order Processor 

Hourly Range: $19.00 USD to $23.00 USD

Location: Onsite Chino, CA 

Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

EDI Order Processor Summary:

When joining the Operations team as an Order Processor you are tasked to create, process, and monitor orders through the EDI/Dynamics365 platforms. You will review, analyze, and report any issues that occur while also providing solutions. This candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, good communication skills and is detailed orientated.

EDI Order Processor Responsibilities:

• Create, process, and monitor orders received from customers to meet customers’ needs.

• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time to meet customer’s needs.

• Communicate with 3PL warehouses and customers on the orders status and ensure service levels are met.

• Review the monthly performance with 3PL partner.

• Analyze customer’s actual orders and point of sales with their forecasts to make proper purchase and inventory plan to meet the fulfillment requirement.

• Managing excess and ageing stock, minimizing exposure to obsolete and excess stock.

• Conduct a review on non-compliance vendor performance and submit supporting documents to vendor portal.

• Provide sound solutions when issues happen related to orders, shipments, and inventory.

EDI Order Processor Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Ecommerce order processing experience through vendor portals (Amazon/Walmart Seller Central) 
• Strong analytical, good communication skill and detail orientated.
• Able to handle challenges and solve problems with strong decision-making skill.
