Title: EDI Order Processor 

Hourly Range: $19.00 USD to $23.00 USD

Location: Onsite Chino, CA 

Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

EDI Order Processor Summary:

When joining the Operations team as an Order Processor you are tasked to create, process, and monitor orders through the EDI/Dynamics365 platforms. You will review, analyze, and report any issues that occur while also providing solutions. This candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, good communication, proficiency in Mandarin/English and is detailed orientated.

EDI Order Processor Responsibilities:

• Create, process, and monitor orders received from customers to meet customers’ needs.

• 与制造商协调，确保订单按时准备和发货，以满足客户的需求

• Communicate with 3PL warehouses and customers on the orders status and ensure service levels are met.

• 与 3PL 合作商一起审阅每月绩效

• Analyze customer’s actual orders and point of sales with their forecasts to make proper purchase and inventory plan to meet the fulfillment requirement.

• 管理过剩和老化的库存，最大限度地减少过时和过剩库存的风险

• Conduct a review on non-compliance vendor performance and submit supporting documents to vendor portal

• 当发生与订单、发货和库存相关的问题时，能提供合理的方案去解决订单、发货和库存相关的问题

EDI Order Processor Qualifications:

•  Bilingual in Mandarin/English is required 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level
• At least 2 years of ordering processing experience
• Strong analytical, good communication skill and detail orientated
• Able to handle challenge and solve problem with strong decision-making skill
