Newrest is Hiring a HR Coordinator (Swing Shift) Near Atlanta, GA
Newrest is looking for an HR Coordinator to coordinate the onboarding of new hires and badging process. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and some experience with onboarding and tracking new hires.
Role and Responsibilities
- Able to work a shift between 10:00 am - 7:00 PM with Sunday and Monday Off.
- Coordinate new hires to complete onboarding and submit badging paperwork.
- Review documentation for accuracy and collect I-9 documents
- Coordinate badging and renewal appointments
- Track new hire progress through the badging process and next steps
- Coordinate and track testing and onboarding progress
- Track and provide periodic updates to managers and HR manager on the completion date
- Keep up to date on company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed
Skills, Education, and Training
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team environment
- Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts
