Responsibilities

The IT Specialist coordinates between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT related infrastructure and development. The IT Specialist performs IT operations, maintenance, resolves IT concerns, and advises personnel on how to resolve technical matters.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain the networks at various locations.
• Complete maintenance of IT devices and any additions to the networks.
• Distribute phones and laptops to employees.
• Manage email accounts for the company including creating new emails, maintaining, and creating email distribution groups.
• Troubleshoot any hardware or software problems.
• Install new hardware and software and help train employees on it use.
• Coordinate the needs of remote employees, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years Operational IT experience required.
