The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for assisting the Inventory Coordinator in the managing of all inventory items.

• Assist in cycle counts of ingredients and packaging in the plant.
• Input Daily Production paperwork.
• Conduct office support functions such as Daily Inventory adjustments and production paperwork
• Assist with all month-end inventory reconciliation processes.
• Order and track CHEP pallet, RM2 pallet, and wood pallet usage.
• May verify received ingredients (correct item number, amount).
• Organize, file, and maintain inventory documentation.
• Provide Daily Reports as needed; Plant Manager, Operations Manager, etc.
• Enter Rejections, Broken Bags, Write-offs and other Journal Entry related functions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year experience in inventory control, or related discipline.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and general knowledge in Adobe applications, Microsoft Office, and Lotus Notes. Must possess advanced level MS Excel skills.
