The Supply Chain Analyst will provide both strategic and analytical support of New Product Development within the Food Business Unit, North America Region. The Analyst will be a significant contributor to the overall improvement in supply chain efficiency and effectiveness while supporting the S&OP process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned category/projects to create inventory plans that support on-time delivery, and investment strategies that will support the Food Business Unit while maximizing inventory metrics.
• Analyze new customer demand for production and supplier feasibility.
• Monitor and communicate changes within the supply plan to all relevant stakeholders in support of the S&OP model
• Monitor and execute conversion of requisitions to purchase orders for assigned projects
• Partner cross-functionally to execute new product launches, and product life cycle management
• Identify, obtain, and organize relevant Supply Chain data to deliver new product launches on time, in full, and on cost.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of supply chain experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment
• Bachelor’s degree BS/BA from an accredited university. Degree in Business Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. conditional formatting, vlookup, data visualization, pivot tables, if-then statements & formula writing) and experience with other Microsoft Office suite products
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/APO or IBP preferred)
• Demonstrated success working independently as part of a matrix environment; self-motivated, team player
• Must be able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines, identifying, and resolving issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a high-volume production facility is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
