The RN working in the operating room and the recovery room will have the knowledge of current trends and techniques in perioperative nursing as evidenced by the credentialing of the department. The RN must work effectively with the physicians, patients and peers possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

Requirements

Applicant must have a current license to practice as an RN in the state of SC. Current BLS & ACLS certification. At least 6 months nursing experience in an acute care setting and 1 year surgical unit experience.
