Description

NOTE: Covid-19 Vaccine is a Mandatory Condition for Employment.

Under the supervision of the charge nurse or nurse manager/supervisor, prescribes interventions, delegates tasks, and coordinates care if assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. Uses nursing process with age appropriate assessment.

Requirements

Applicant must be a graduate of a school of nursing must be licensed as a RN in the state of SC. Must have current BLS, ACLS & PALS certification required. Clinical experience in an acute care environment preferred.
