New Roots Design & Build is a new, up and coming company looking for a dedicated individual to add to our growing team of professionals. We love to have fun with each other while providing an excellent product to our customers. An organized, self-starter looking to work as a part of a small team (5 employees currently and both owners work in the business day to day) is an ideal candidate for this position.

We work on a large range of projects from small window replacements all the way up to major home renovation and new home construction so a wide skillset is ideal

We are looking to hire a skilled tile installer to work on our large range of bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects throughout Chittenden and Addison County. This individual would be responsible for all aspects of the tile portion of our bathroom and kitchen remodels, (and other tile work!) but would also need to work with a larger crew on bigger projects as needed.

Ideal skills/experience include:

• Floor & Wall tile installation
• WEDI system prep
• Custom shower tile installation
• Interior remodeling (specifically bathrooms & kitchens)
• Working Independently with a helper

Other preferred (not required) skills include:

• Finish Carpentry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
