Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the overall financial health and success of our business. You will lead the controller and their team, the FP&A team, and partner with our fund management team. Yes, you will be responsible for our financial statements, but the role is far more than that.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial statements
• Manage FP&A process for annual budgeting and new brand launches
• Develop an internal financing business
• Innovate collections and financing options for our members
• Coordinate with external auditors, CPAs, tax professionals and...

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience leading FP&A
• Experience leading controller and core accounting functions
• Experience raising private capital or managing real estate funds- strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Advanced degree or CPA is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, Slack, Google Suite

Location and Office

This role is in our great Tempe, AZ office where about 100 of us are!

Typically M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm work hours (some flexibility)

Compensation

Salary Range: $225,000-$250,000 annual base with up to 40% bonus
