DCI Donor Services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for candidates who:

Below are some of the key account-abilities this position will hold:
1. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to customer including medical facilities, account managers, third party distributors and OEM Clients.
2. Ability to act independently to resolve complex customer issues, handle multiple tasks, must be organized and effective time management skills.
3. Receives correspondence from medical facilities, account managers, and distributors and responds accordingly.
4. Pull, Package, and ship all orders according to SOPs and according to customer expectations.
5. Maintains inventory of tissue available for distribution.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred.
2. 12 months of Tissue Banking preferred.
3. Working knowledge or computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
