Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. This position will help implement the brand vision and strategy necessary to achieve service and ocular tissue placement objectives. It will identify market opportunities and foster the development of new services to address unmet needs. Travel will be required. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment where team members often work outside defined roles. This is a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Implements and executes branding and business development/growth strategies to meet or exceed placement and service goals in a complex business environment.
• Strategize for new clients and build customer relationship within our existing clientele. 
• Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, ability to perform internet searches, use CRM database, and manage social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• Three plus years prior experience in building customer relationships, public speaking, communication, business development, etc.
• New employees must have their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by their potential start date or be able to supply proof of vaccination.**

Responsibilities

• Development of new leads, growth of existing clients, and building customer relationships.
• Execute individual client marketing plans via phone calls, email, and in-person meetings.
• Draft and edit newsletters to new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client meetings on CRM database.
• Attend local, regional, and national meetings, as appropriate.
• Manage social media accounts and drive external marketing and awareness campaigns.
• Ability to work independently by carrying out assigned tasks and developing new skills and systems.
• Travel will be required.
• This is a hybrid position.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
