New Heights Roofing LLC is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Falls, ID

If so, our fast-growing local roofing company is seeking a talented Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities:

- Assist the project manager with day-to-day operations

- Cross-train with the administrative accountant for additional office duties

- Utilize Microsoft Word Suite and Google Docs & Google Calendar/Gmail at an intermediate or expert level

- Work independently, manage time effectively, and complete daily operational duties

- Multitask and prioritize competing projects in a fast-paced environment

- Quickly learn and navigate multiple applications used for office operations

- Learn and maintain in-house operating systems

- Coordinate permits and asbestos testing with county and state authorities

- Communicate effectively with crew members and clients regarding their projects

- Manage the project manager's calendar, emails, and client project files

- Create, implement, and track in-house roofing material inventory

- Develop and update operational forms and documents

- Maintain and update safety programs for crew members

- Process subcontractor vendors and maintain licensing documents

- Create and review client folders and documents for accuracy

- Source materials and pricing

- Demonstrate excellent organizational and customer service skills

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase business reach and market share

- Track, monitor, and improve advertising campaigns, including platforms such as Facebook, Next Door, and YouTube

- Generate new ad ideas and conduct performance testing

- Develop new landing pages for various services

- Create and implement email follow-up campaigns to nurture and convert leads

- Enhance website effectiveness by adding content and creating a blog targeting the desired market

- Utilize YouTube by editing inspection videos and producing alternative content

- Collect and utilize testimonials in marketing materials

- Design marketing materials as needed

- Oversee postcard direct mail campaign

- Run a monthly newsletter for existing clients to boost referrals

- Establish connections with local business owners to create a referral network

- Innovate new methods to reach the target audience effectively

Requirements:

- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Word Suite, Google Suite, and related software

- Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience

- Familiarity with Google Suite for at least 1 year

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with multiple interruptions

- Effective communication skills, both within and outside the office

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
