New Frontier Immigration Law is Hiring a Bilingual HR Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

About our Bilingual HR Manager position

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Phoenix offices to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, including hiring plans, job descriptions, KPIs, and performance reviews. You will also be relied upon to provide sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

Our HR Manager must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff in both the U.S. and abroad, while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.

The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

HR Manager's responsibilities are:

  • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

  • Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

  • Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics

  • Overseeing the work of HR personnel and providing guidance

  • Serving as the point of contact for employment relations and communicating with Executives

  • Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards

  • Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

HR Manager requirements are:

  • Substantial experience as an HR manager

  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, and screening protocols

  • Familiar with MS Office and Outlook and overall comfortable with tech

  • Great leadership and operation skills, including Six Sigma or similar operations training

  • Effective communication skills

  • MA/MSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
