The Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Plant Operator oversees the production and distribution of roughly $500,000 of material a day! This position requires a dynamic person who is calm under pressure, possesses a high degree of mechanical aptitude and enjoys customer and peer interaction. This position does offer a high degree of independence, so candidates must be self-starters who possess great time-management and leadership abilities.

Plant Operator (HMA) - What Will You Do?

• Help produce over 1 Million Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt in the upcoming season.
• Between receving materials, running the plant, making the grade, and loading trucks, our HMA Plant Operators own the manufacturing process.
• Overcome Daily Obstacles - Whether it's rain, trucking disruptions, or low temperatures - We stay safe and find ways to meet our goals. 
• Teamwork or Bust - Everything about our product is time sensitive and teamwork is the only way we succeed.
• Problem Solve and Reduce Downtime - Our Operators take pride in maintaining their plants.
• Work with Quality Control to produce the best Hot Mix Asphalt in PA.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• HMA Experience is preferred, but we can also train you - Mix Design, Quality Manufacturing, Plant Operations, etc.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
