Your next role as a Miracle Maker
Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Engineering team as an Automation Engineering Intern. As an Automation Engineering Intern you will work on a project toimplement an Access Control Policy and a Data Integrity and Security Policy. Additionally, you'll assist in integrating flowmeters into our SCADA system. This role provides experience in control systems, project management, policy development, and validation.
Project Milestones:
SCADA Flowmeter Integration
- Collaborate with the engineering team to gather requirements and specifications for flowmeters integration
- Develop a plan for integrating Flowmeters into the SCADA system, including validation steps
Implement the Flowmeters integration plan, incorporating necessary validation procedures - Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure seamless integration and proper functionality
- Document the validated integration process and create user guides for future reference
Documentation Restructuring
- Lead the restructuring of the current documentation for SOPs and WI for automation owned systems.
The skills and experience that you will bring:
- Enrolled as an undergraduate in the Junior year or first semester of Senior year.
- Preferred areas of study include Control Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
The Summer Internship Program is a 9 week program beginning on June 17, 2024 through August 16, 2024.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
