Overview
REGISTERED NURSES NEEDED!! All shifts available. PRN - must commit to a set number of hours per month. We will offer standard and high commit levels that include additional shift differentials. We will also offer completion bonuses!
We offer:
- $3-$7 Shift Diff for committed shifts
- $500-$1,000 completion bonuses every 6 weeks for no call-ins
- Exceptionally high pay for exceptional nurses
- Opportunities for tuition reimbursement
- Double time for any holiday pick up
Responsibilities
The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:
- Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
- Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
- Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
We are looking for exceptional talent who demonstrates exceptional compassion. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population.
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing
Certification: Registered Nurse by the State of Arizona.
Experience: RNs with 1 year of experience in psych, geri-psych, med/surg. NEW GRADs will be considered.

NPH is a system of acute, inpatient hospitals with an innovative approach to neuropsychiatric care for the geriatric and adult population. Unlike hospitals who are solely psychiatric-based, NPH utilizes an interdisciplinary team of psychiatri...sts, psychologists, neurologists and medical doctors. This team works collaboratively to evaluate chronic behavioral and emotional disorders that may have a psychiatric, neurological or medical pathogenesis. This model was borne out of the desire to provide the most comprehensive care possible to adult and geriatric patients with compromised cognitive or behavioral statuses who are also often medically and/or neurologically compromised. Many of our patients have been in and out of other acute settings, being continually treated for the symptomatology without a thorough understanding of the etiology. This population can experience metabolic changes, synergistic reactions due to polypharmacy, and have multiple underlying medical diagnoses that cause and/or exacerbate cognitive and behavioral issues. It is for that reason that NPH is intentionally thorough with each patient, often requiring more intensive and specialized services and greater time to reconstitute than seen in typical acute care settings. We strive to heal both the body and the mind. We have hospitals in Mishawaka, IN, Bremen, IN and Indianapolis, IN. We are currently developing a location in Northwest Indiana which we expect to open in early 2016. .
