- 9525 Jamaica Ave, Queens, NY 11421
- 11 Ralph Place, Suite 217, Staten Island, NY 10304
- 2001 Marcus Avenue, Suite W170, Lake Success, NY 11042
- 1570 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY 11590
- Spanish (Preferred but not required)
- Professional.
- Be a positive influence and a team player.
- Be flexible in scheduling patients.
- Arriving 30 minutes before the clinic opens (830AM).
- Scanning and sorting mail daily.
- Getting mail from PO BOX.
- Checking in / Checking out patients.
- Scheduling future/follow-up appointments based on patient needs.
- Checking/Correcting basic insurance information.
- Working with the back office team for insurance and billing questions.
- Responding to patient messages via KLARA and KAREO.
- Calling patients who have missed appointments to reschedule.
- Completing required paperwork for patients (such as FMLA/disability applications/etc.) using physician reports.
- Ensure medical records/demographics are complete for patients prior to their visits.
- Obtain insurance information when missing and help back off team with patient communication.
- Maintaining a clean and positive work environment.
