People Operations Manager

About this Role

As People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at NeuAnalytics. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support the company executives and team leaders, allowing the company to develop and grow quickly. In this role you will be responsible for all human resources related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all People Operations functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, payroll, performance management, and labor law compliance.
  • Provide human resources support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas including recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and people development.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to the business; address employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items.
  • Build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community throughout the company.
  • Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture.
  • Facilitate and lead employee relations activities.
  • Engage employees at all levels in the company to support business development and change.
  • Provide useful data to help guide decision-making and facilitate effective and efficient business growth.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous improvement and suggest automation where needed.
  • Seek and review potential impediments to onboarding and retention.
  • Supervise and oversee a variety of office functions (e.g. inventory, catering, trips, budgeting, and more).
  • Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
