Network Partners is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Blue Bell, PA

The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO based in Blue Bell, PA. The incumbent will be responsible for proactively supporting the CEO and management team. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to managing office administration, managing schedules, preparing agendas and maintaining the team SharePoint site, coordinating events and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage, assist and support the schedule of the CEO.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Perform administrative and office support to the CEO’s management team
  • Coordinate and participate in management meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and gathering/preparing materials.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and offsite meeting and meal coordination.
  • Generate action items from management team meetings in SharePoint to ensure the team is aware of assigned deliverables.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new furniture, appliances and electronics as required and coordinate with IT on all office equipment.
  • Manage any office services or vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Coordinate and prepare PowerPoint presentations for Board and department meetings.
  • Plan/coordinate various company-wide and office events.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Prepare expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

Key Qualifications

  • 5 years administrative assistant experience supporting senior-level management with responsibilities included office management.
  • Experience working in a high energy, growing company.
  • Able to work in the Blue Bell, PA office Monday through Friday.
  • Superior knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of multi-tasking with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • High level of flexibility, reliability, and dependability
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration.
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with change
  • Ability to keep company confidences
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
  • Experience developing internal processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
