NETWORK ESC is Hiring a Data Manager Near The Bronx, NY
Major NY Hospital Facitlity in their corporate office are looking for a Data Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- development of ad-hoc reports as necessary
- Responsible for troubleshooting and enhancements of Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors.
- Conduct on boarding through Justice Center process (i.e., Staff Exclusion List and State Central Registry queries as well as fingerprinting background checks) for specific/appropriate internal and external hires.
- Work with third party vendors
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (HR systems)
- Must have skills in process orientation, excellent communication skills, ability to troubleshoot master data issues, analytical approach to business practices, strong proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, ability to manage multiple priorities.
