Responsibilities
- Conduct continual update of the hardware and software items asset identification number, location, model number/serial number, ownership, date of initial installation, original installation price, depreciation asset class (determines months of depreciation by class) and remaining depreciation value
- Maintain the accuracy of IMACDs as they occur in the environments or as refresh activities are conducted
- Provide online and fulltime access to the system for review and use upon request via hardcopy and electronic online access, and work with designee to sample the data to determine the accuracy of inventory records
- Maintain the latest inventory status and latest residual value. Identify planned refresh activities for devices and software, including
- Provide asset reports per the request of the government, as well as inform inconsistencies, issues and when assets are in low supply
- Assist with annual physical inventory activities for property that is assigned to the contractor organization for logistical purposes
- Maintain accurate inventory using such systems as Service Now.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors of Science, Computer Science or related
- 7 years' minimum experience
Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. U.S. Citizen.
