We are uniquely positioned with program management offerings, a proprietary processing platform accessible by modern open API’s, real-time payment technology, live agent servicing and much more…. We have experienced a great deal of success and have established a robust pipeline of programs and are making additional investments to further expand our business development activities as well as our capabilities. Position Summary Netspend is seeking an experienced Payments Product Manager to lead the development and management of our payments product suite consisting of core money movement products across B2C & B2B2C channels. The Payments Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product strategy, prioritizing features, and executing the roadmap for our payments products. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments landscape, customer needs, and industry trends. This is a collaborative role with the opportunity to interact with external partners and internal stakeholders, execute on new initiatives, make suggestions to product roadmaps, and drive general product growth within the Product Management team. Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the payments product suite Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to inform product decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to prioritize and deliver product features Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as payment processors, banks, and other financial institutions Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to payments, and ensure our products comply with relevant regulations Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the payments product suite, and use data to make informed product decisions Skills/Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, computer science) 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments or financial products Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment processors, card networks, and banking systems Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment As provided in Netspend’s Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws If you have a passion for payments and want to join a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
