The Role

In the Senior Account Executive role with Netronix Integration, the right candidate will perform business to business commercial sales activities towards the achievement of established sales goals and will be responsible for end user, security integrator and consultant development within the region. The right person will have a proven outside sales track record with a successful history of solution selling - preferably in the security and system integration or technology market.

What You'll Do

  • Produce new revenue by researching, analyzing, and identifying potential prospects and sales options
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of our products
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support
  • Recommend service and profit improvements
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments
  • Regularly travel as needed while leading sales of this region

What You'll Bring

  • 5 years proven outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and perceptiveness to customer needs
  • A bold approach to entering new markets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Suite
  • Physical Security and/or Technology experience is a plus!
