Netchex is seeking an experienced self-starter, who is passionate about technology and problem solving to join the Product Team at Netchex. Your creative thinking and empathy for users will make a difference in people’s lives by creating software that is smarter and friendlier. You will collaborate with people all over the business to bring ideas to life from inception to product delivery. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Champion your domain to create a product vision and roadmap 

• Communicate product vision and specs verbally and through clearly written documentation to align Executives, Tech Leadership, Stakeholders and delivery teams 

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery team to create agile delivery plans 

• Develop and conduct reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted with peers, subject matter experts and Stakeholders 

• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary 

• Use data to influence product decisions and priorities 

• Execute go-to-market releases by collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product) 

• Conduct user feedback to understand how customers are using the product 

• Drive Beta testing and product iteration from user feedback 

• Create and organize product documentation 

You are: 

• Comfortable in detailed conversations with developers, able to communicate complex technical issues to a wide range of audiences 

• Comfortable talking to clients to get user feedback 

• Comfortable working in an agile environment, and have managed products from inception to launch 

• Open-minded and eager to learn to solve hard problems 

• Creative and versatile in the solutions you devise

• Highly organized and proactive 

• A firm advocate of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making 

Requirements: 

• 2-4 years experience building products, bonus if experience is in the HR/payroll space 

• Experience with agile/scrum processes

• Experience with using Data Analysis tools and technology (SQL and Salesforce are a plus) 

• Strong background in user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products 

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills 

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills 

• Excellent teamwork skills
