Position Overview:
NetBase Quid, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, is a global leader in AI-powered consumer and market intelligence. We work with some of the top leading brands across a number of industries including Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology.Our software provides data that allows businesses to discover trends, connect with consumers, and understand what their competitors are doing.
The Account Management team at NetBase Quid is filled with dedicated, ambitious employees who build strong partnerships with our clients. Account Managers are responsible for the retention and expansion of our existing client relationships. In this role, you will oversee the renewal and growth of a portfolio of accounts. As an Account Manager, you will have a direct impact on the success of your clients and the company. The relationships you develop with clients will increase client loyalty, referral rates, and account growth.
This role is focused on the Brand account management segment of our business. You will be expected to speak knowledgeably to Agency customers about how they can get the most value from NetBase Quid.
