**Responsibilities**

* Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organization

* Knowledge of requirements management, configuration management methodologies

* Skilled at analyzing existing systems and processes and optimize and map them into ServiceNow as it relates to the project at hand

* Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables

* Ability to maintain project plans and communicate updates

* Experience with business process mapping and the use of project management software

* Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries

* Experience thriving in ambiguous software development environments

* Ability to work well under changing deadlines and priorities

* Understand and diagram business process related activities

* Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution

* Become expert in business processes across the organization

* Accountable for improving and delivering ITSM Process solutions.

* Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions and participates in making process improvement recommendations to enhance business operations.

* Assesses ITSM processes maturity, and based on the assessment results, recommends process transformation strategic roadmap.

* Develops Metrics/KPI's & performing data collection related to the processes deployed, driving analysis & improvements based on recommendations.

* Works collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of process driven solutions to the business groups.

* Develops working knowledge of the clients industry and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Job Requirements**

* Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.

* 7-10 years of experience in ITSM process solutions.

* 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced application development environment

* 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

* 5 years of experience facilitating requirements gathering, decomposing and documenting requirements

* Preferred experience/knowledge on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, CSM

* Strong business partner who is able to quickly learn business processes and provide strategic insight and guidance

* Demonstrated ability to build multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities

* Prior working knowledge of ServiceNow as ITIL user/fulfiller

* Knowledge of ITSM Process deliverables, identifying Risk & deriving Mitigation plans

* Experience with Agile.

* Prior experience improving processes for the Public Sector organization

* Expertise in ITIL Service Transition and Service Operations disciplines

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Highly skilled with Microsoft Visio.

* ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 Certification

* One or more ITIL Intermediate certifications is a big plus

* Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

* Client?focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
