As our Business Development Leader, you will draw on your network and resources to grow the company’s footprint in the community, leading to increased qualified referrals and goodwill.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for a Behavioral health facility with IP and OP services. You will establish strategic marketing plans to achieve the company’s objectives, and develop and manage the marketing department's operating budget.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for short- and long-term goals of the facility—to include referral and census development across our service continuum
  • Represent and increase the organization's visibility and top-of-mind awareness to referral sources, i.e., acute hospitals and their discharge departments, group homes, crisis centers, detox centers, judicial districts, etc.
  • Continuously monitor analytics to improve quarterly and annual marketing plans 
  • Communicate ongoing efforts, successes, and opportunities for improvement to the CEO and Board
  • Develop and maintain the referral pipeline to progress toward IP and OP goals as set forth by management

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Maintains education and development appropriate for the position

Experience

  • Required: Three years in the healthcare and/or medical industry
  • Preferred: Previous marketing experience in a behavioral health setting
  • May substitute education for experience
