Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems highly preferred
• 4 years of IT Support experience
• Strong Software experience; Windows 10 experience needed
• Helpful for the role: PC Support, Windows 10, VMWARE Server vitualization, networking, legacy equipment

• Provide prompt response to support the end users within the location.
• Support the IT equipment, software and solutions while tracking through the Global IT helpdesk.
• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, monitor, backup, and document all site servers, network communications and telephony Systems.
• Provide training to peer staff and end users, as necessary.
• Support the R&D and production network and IT processes.
• Assist supporting America's and Global IT staff and users, when required, to ensure continued coverage while IT peer staff is off-hours.
• Maintain SOX and other Audit Compliancy as defined by company policies and procedures. Interact with various audit agencies, as necessary.
