Parts Clerk, experience in parts counter needed or as a mechanic, and knowledge of various parts. Excellent opportunity for someone who has worked at auto parts stores or as a mechanic familiar with various parts.
Maintains an organized parts inventory by keeping a system to identify parts location on shelves. Receives parts, supplies, materials, and tools. Attends parts desk, pulling parts from storage as requested.
Performs general housekeeping in parts/tool room and storage area to provide a clean and safe work environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of computer and part look up systems. Inventory, strong organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
