Job Title Process Engineer

Reports To: VP Product Development

FLSA Status: Salary / Exempt

Position Overview

We are in search of a technically minded, enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual to be a part of our exciting growing team!

The process engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining metal injection molding processes, programming and maintaining molding automation, properly maintaining injection molds, and supporting both engineering and operations with technical day-to-day tasks associated with molding and tooling.

The candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a mechanical aptitude, problem solving mindset, and an enthusiasm to be a part of a growing company.

Essential Responsibilities

While not an exhaustive list of daily responsibilities, the candidate will be regularly expected to perform tasks such as;

  • Establish, implement and maintain metal injection molding processes
  • Design, assemble end of arm tooling
  • Program and maintain automation programs
  • Execute mold changeovers
  • Properly maintain and store molds
  • Assist the engineering team with miscellaneous tasks associated with product development
  • Ceramic manufacturing and kiln operations
  • General prototype shop activities

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering preferred or minimum of 5 years in the injection molding industry as a process technician.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Salary

  • Salary TBD based on candidates experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
