NEOGOV is currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer with 1-2 years of experience working on a corporate IT Helpdesk. This Rockstar will be a major part of our culture as we grow!

This is a full-time on-site position in Draper, UT.

  • User account creation and management (Active Directory, Cloud services)

  • Monitoring and mitigating security threats on corporate workstations

  • Configuring corporate workstations for new hires, staff upgrades

  • Assist local and remote staff on hardware, software and networking issues

  • Assist IT team in the creation of internal-use documentation

  • Assist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)

  • Assist in tasks outside of IT – installing a keyboard tray for example

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent communicator with equally excellent customer service mindset

  • Positive team player 

  • Willing to learn new technologies and promote a culture of service

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Natural problem solver

What You Have

  • Intermediate understanding of the TCP/IP network stack

  • Basic understanding of Cloud-based products

  • Working knowledge of Windows networking services (DHCP, DNS, etc...)

  • Experience with and knowledge of Dell desktop & laptop product ranges

  • Scripting experience - Microsoft Windows PowerShell, Python

  • Experience in office telephony management (VOIP)
