NEOGOV is currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer with 1-2 years of experience working on a corporate IT Helpdesk. This Rockstar will be a major part of our culture as we grow!
This is a full-time on-site position in Draper, UT.
User account creation and management (Active Directory, Cloud services)
Monitoring and mitigating security threats on corporate workstations
Configuring corporate workstations for new hires, staff upgrades
Assist local and remote staff on hardware, software and networking issues
Assist IT team in the creation of internal-use documentation
Assist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)
Assist in tasks outside of IT – installing a keyboard tray for example
Other duties as assigned

What You Have
Intermediate understanding of the TCP/IP network stack
Basic understanding of Cloud-based products
Working knowledge of Windows networking services (DHCP, DNS, etc...)
Experience with and knowledge of Dell desktop & laptop product ranges
Scripting experience - Microsoft Windows PowerShell, Python
Experience in office telephony management (VOIP)
