Our confidential client is actively hiring for a full time Dispatch in their Dover, DE location. Interested applicants should have a well-rounded knowledge of logistics along with State and Federal regulations. Essential duties & responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Operations Related Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that business operation and Service comply with applicable standards, laws, and regulations of Locations Supervised
  • Help maintain relationships with vendors and other outside business contacts
  • Help maintain appropriate company accreditation and licensure
  • Coordinate Daily Schedule & Activities of Delivery Drivers at Assigned Locations
  • Back up for drivers On-Call

 Patient Services:

  • Oversee integration of deliveries and patient services.
  • Help ensure high quality patient services that comply with applicable policies, laws, regulations, standards, and professional practices
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, practitioners, referral sources and other patient-related services and client’s staff at all Locations

 Required Knowledge/Experience:

  • Knowledge of State and Federal regulations relative to HME
  • Understanding of the processes common to the medical community as it relates to providing services to customers at home
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Brightree, DME Track, or any other programs related to the operations of the client

Miscellaneous:

  • Obtain education and training needed to perform duties and functions
  • Provide education and In-Services to Staff as needed
  • Deliveries to Patients as required

License/Certifications: None

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting, standing, and walking in an office setting
  • Operation of office machinery such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Operation of computer and telephone systems
  • Occasionally lift/move items up to 80 pounds

Salary:

  • $50 - $60 k annually depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm in office
