NelsonB Refreshing is seeking a front line administrator for day-to-day office operations. This administrator should be professional, with an upbeat attitude, skilled in multi-tasking, communication, and working with computers.
This representative will primarily interact with new and existing customer, with responsibilities including, but not limited to,
- Greeting customers.
- Entering data into spreadsheets and different software.
- Answering customer inquiries and booking appointments.
- Managing customer schedule for services.
- Offering office support to management and staff.
You should possess strong customer service and hardworking skills. If you are customer and detail oriented, professional, responsible, and a team player, we want to hear from you! Applicants must have a winning attitude, possess a great work ethic, and be committed to providing excellent service to customers.
This is a full-time/ part-time position in a fun, fast-moving role with great opportunity for advancement.
Experience as a cleaner is a PLUS!
