A highly intelligent, resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills and organizational ability is sought by a busy real estate investment company and CEO looking for research-based and operational support across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will be able to quickly synthesize information and present it with confidence to the principal; in the long-term, this candidate will be managing multiple simultaneous projects toward big-picture goals.
Responsibilities will include directing communication and information flow to/from CEO/owner, coordinating a complex schedule, conducting thorough research on a diverse array of topics and synthesizing findings into recommendations, efficient management of a small team to support principal's needs, and comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy calendar.
An active approach to problem solving, strong project management, communication, and research skills, and technology savviness/computer literacy are all a must; previous Chief-of-Staff-level and managerial experience is a plus but not required; graduate of a top university preferred.
