Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 Law Firm, is looking to add a Desktop Engineer to its IT team! This position can be located in any of our offices. Remote work opportunities also available.
Are you ready to hit the ground running? You’ll be responsible for executing and maintaining best practices for desktop, laptop and VDI management including but not limited to software packaging, software deployment, patching, inventory management, compliance reporting, license auditing, technical documentation, image creation and workstation management. You’ll install, test, configure, implement, and document software applications that support all aspects of the firm’s operation.
You’re looking to utilize your 5 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer within a large organization to jump in and help this busy Law Firm grow. You have excellent communication and attention to detail. You’re easily able to work under strict guidelines independently within a fast-paced environment. Staying organized is a way of life and juggling priorities is child’s play to you. You have advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop/server environments leveraging the latest tools and concepts is essential including SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory and Group Policy.
