Nelson Mullins is seeking a Complex Commercial Associate to join its Litigation group in the Ft. Lauderdale office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team.
You will be joining a highly skilled, friendly, collegial, and professional team of attorneys who have substantial representation for lawyers practicing in areas ranging from healthcare, litigation, white collar defense, corporate and securities, bankruptcy, and more. Our Ft. Lauderdale office is well positioned to handle virtually any matter that arises.

With at least three years of complex commercial litigation experience (including healthcare), you feel confident in your ability to usher a successful client experience. The ideal Commercial Litigation Associate will attend court conferences, draft substantial discovery demands, legal memoranda and client opinion letters. You are confident in your ability to argue motions and take and defend depositions. With excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical, and communications skills, you engage in your work with a productive and positive attitude. You are a member of the Florida Bar (preferred).
