NeighborWorks Umpqua is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near Roseburg, OR

Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and other senior staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arranges travel and accommodation for Executives and Board Members.
  • Supervise office administration staff including office management and reception.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing meeting materials, taking notes and recording minutes, organizing venues and catering as necessary.
  • May serve on special projects, committees, or act as manager or department representative.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Chief Executive Officer.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Interpersonal skills.

Education

  • High School Diploma with combined experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
