We are looking for Teachers to work with children in our Infant & Toddler classrooms. Teachers & Assistant Teachers must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents & other staff members. They need to be organized and willing to teach and learn with their students.
Experience is preferred but not required as long as the Teacher has a desire to train and understand the education plan of The Neighborhood School. This job requires consistent attendance, the adherence of DFS Rules & Regulations, maintaining positive relationships with parents and children & efficiently managing their time. Teachers and Assistant Teachers will actively engage children in both age and developmentally appropriate activities, promote and support children in their daily routines, and welcome families to participate in classroom activities and other preschool events.
Applicant must be willing to complete a DCI fingerprint check and the Central Registry Background Check. Meet DFS requirements and attend professional development.
