Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is looking for talented healthcare team members to step into our culturally diverse health centers! NOAH requires all new hires to have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine before their start date and be scheduled for their second dose. The HR Business Partner leads and manages people management related initiatives, including employee relations support, training and development, strategic planning and HR project management. The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning objectives with employees and management in various departments. Maintain an effective level of business literacy in regard to financials, strategic plans, culture and market competition. Provide HR guidance as needed. Analyze trends and metrics that inform solutions, programs and policies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employment, reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Employee Relations: Advise leaders and employees regarding company values, programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure guidelines and procedures are handled consistently and timely. Drive retention efforts with leadership and partner with other leaders to advise on best practices. Manage employee relations, conduct internal investigations and audits as necessary, process and approve terminations and support supervisors with corrective action process ensuring consistent approach and practices.
Training and Development: Acts as a performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management. Designs succession plans for key talent and job positions.
Strategic Partner: Builds a strong business relationship with internal leaders. Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks. Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees. Challenges organization structure and proposed changes. Proactively diagnose organization issues, and partner with leaders identifying strategic solutions and implement action plans.
Performs other duties as assigned, including onboarding, records, HRIS and benefits support.
