What are the responsibilities and job description for the iMember Service Representative position at NECHES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6-months teller experience or customer service-related experience
- Exceptional verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
JOB SUMMARY:
- Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, etc.
- Responsible for end of day balancing
- Completing various transaction reports
- Exhibits enthusiasm, passion and empathy to members while processing all transactions
- Delivers prompt professional and personalized service to prospective and current members
Classification: Non-exempt
Location: Hub (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of: Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
- Requires Rotating Opening Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:45AM to 3:45PM
**Requires Rotating Closing schedule Friday: 9:15AM to 6:15PM
***Rotating Saturdays 6:45AM to 10:15AM
