Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Data Analyst. This role will provide value to the company by being front line support to data users at all levels of the business ensuring collaboration with technology partners and leadership. The Data Analyst will create, update and maintain Necco’s full reporting environment.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Data Management
- Execute conceptual, logical and physical data modeling from primary and secondary sources
- Maintain reporting environment utilizing data quality best practices
- Monitor and resolve failures in data extraction pipelines
Data Analysis
- Maintain portfolio of Scorecard, Dashboard and Reporting assets in the data domain
- Document requirements and convert business needs into scalable data models/datasets for the portfolio
Data Administration
- Perform technical administration tasks for software upgrades, maintenance and end user provisioning
- Author training material and lead workshops virtually, in classroom or delivered through the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Own broad-scale communications to the organization for data-related content
- Facilitate problem and situation management activities

Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology desired
- 2 years of experience in data management
- Experience working directly in a data warehouse environment
- Possess a hands-on approach to the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) skillset
- Possess strong experience working in a SQL server environment and relational databases with an advanced SQL skillset
- Experience delivering internal/external customer-facing reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Ability to exercise judgment to tactfully solve technical, operational, and organizational challenges
- Ability to operate with little direction and under remote supervision; a self-starter
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
- Training and Travel willingness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
